My first Louis Vuitton

I am not writing this post to brag or anything like that. I am writing it because I actually bought one of the things I wanted since I was in middle school, a Louis Vuitton bag! I did so much research on this with YouTube, blogs and everything in between but I am SO happy with my decision. The Speedy 30!

I went to the Louis Vuitton shop in Palo Alto in the Stanford Shopping Center and was so pleased with the service. The bag holds my sunglass case, big makeup bag, wallet and phone. There is room for more as well. I got the Speedy without the shoulder strap because eventually I want another LV bag that is a shoulder bag so I decided to just stick with the elbow bag. Plus, I love bags like this and I can fit it pretty far up my arm.

I know I will have this bag for the rest of my life so the price tag is okay. After tax (in CA) it came out to around $1,100. *gasp* BUT I spent a lot on cheaper bags over the year and now I am all set. Like I said, it is an investment. I work really hard to be able to provide what I want for myself. Being independent is so important to me. 

Also, ignore Gavin's pants hanging behind me haha :)

*I will repeat I didn't write this blog to brag. A) that's mean B) I did it as a review because I literally looked at 100 blogs and videos so I want to be able to help someone else. C) I'm just a proud mama of my new purse, Annabelle!
